Scope

These terms govern the distance selling of the products offered on this website. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms, which the customer declares to have read before confirming the purchase.

Prices

All prices are in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is completed.

SUMOMIHI S.R.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown when the order is placed.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when SUMOMIHI S.R.L. sends the customer the order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

Payment methods

Orders can be paid by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay) and by PayPal.

Payment security

Payment details are sent over an encrypted connection directly to the payment service provider. SUMOMIHI S.R.L. does not have access to the customer's full credit card details and does not store them in any form.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence and the jurisdiction of the court of their place of residence or elected domicile remain unaffected.
